ABAMECTIN

 

Abamectin(Avermectin) is a broad-spectrum insecticide that effectively controls a variety of pests, such as larvae of the Lepidoptera order (e.g., diamondback moth) and mites.

Its mechanism of action primarily involves disrupting the nervous system of pests by stimulating the excessive release of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), leading to the blockage of nerve conduction, which ultimately paralyzes and kills the pests.

 

Application of ABAMECTIN

 

Insecticide and acaricide of microbial origin, with gastric toxicity to pests and mites, touch and weak fumigation, no endosorption. It can be used to prevent and control vegetable leaf-eating pests such as cabbage greenfly, cabbage moth, leaf miner, etc., with a dosage of 11-22g/hmz. Adding paraffin oil in the liquid can significantly improve the efficacy; it can prevent and control mites, with a dosage of 5.6-28g/hm2; to prevent and control boring pests such as cotton bollworms, tobacco bollworms, etc., with a dosage of 1.8% emulsifiable concentrates of 750-1,500mL/hm2 plus water spray; to prevent and control pear To control pear louse, use 1.8% emulsifiable concentrate 750~1500mL/hm2.
It can also be used as the anthelmintic for the control of internal and external parasites of domestic animals.
